Founded in 2003, Matco Capital takes a long-term view and primarily invests in the equity capital of growing companies. Directly, and through its subsidiaries and affiliates, Matco invests across industries, with an interest in upstream oil and gas companies and oilfield services companies. We have significant experience with creative, structured financings that are less available from other capital providers. We participate in start-ups, venture capital, management buyouts and court approved insolvency processes as well as conventional forms of financing.
